Frequently asked questions
How does face-matching attendance work?
The employee opens the Netmore HRMS app and takes a selfie to punch. The app matches it against the enrolled photo and performs a liveness check, then verifies that the GPS position lies inside the geo-fence assigned to that employee. Only when both checks pass is the punch accepted.
What if an employee genuinely has to punch outside the geo-fence?
You can allow out-of-fence punches to be recorded and routed to the reporting manager for approval, with the exact location and selfie attached, instead of blocking them outright.
Does it work without internet at the site?
Yes. Punches are captured offline with their location and timestamp and sync automatically once the phone regains connectivity.
Can it integrate with our existing biometric machines?
Yes. We import punch data from most common biometric devices so office staff can continue using machines while field teams use the app.
