Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry form, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we collect the details you provide - typically your name, organisation, phone number, email address and the requirement you describe. Our website also collects standard technical data such as browser type, device, referring page and pages visited, through analytics tools.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and deliver the services you engage us for.
- To provide support, send service notifications and share renewal or expiry reminders.
- To improve our website, measure marketing performance and understand which content is useful.
- To meet legal, tax and contractual obligations.
Client data inside our software
Where we host a product such as School ERP, HRMS, Hospital Management, Fleet Management or ePaper on your behalf, the data entered into that system belongs to you. We process it only to operate and support the service, under the terms of your contract. Access is role-based, activity is logged, and backups are encrypted. We do not sell client data or use it for any purpose other than delivering the service.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate - hosting, payment gateway, SMS, voice and WhatsApp providers - and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information where required by law.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies for basic functionality and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then work differently.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained while a business relationship is reasonably possible, and contract-related records for as long as required by law. Hosted client data is retained per your contract and deleted or exported on request at the end of the engagement.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request correction, ask for deletion where we have no legal reason to retain it, or opt out of marketing messages. Write to info@netmore.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
We use SSL encryption in transit, access controls, audit logging and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.
